Our home designs are based on years of practical experience, a feel for the landscape and a living laboratory - houses we built for ourselves. Our houses tend to follow the philosophies of "not-so-big" and embrace the qualities of the light and the landscape views of their location.
A home plan begins with listening and dreaming. Visiting the home site and just being there for hours (or days) to get the feel of the physical elements of the place. And visiting the people who will inhabit the space to get the feel of how they will live in the place. Our homes typically feature light-filled window walls, dramatic vaulted ceilings, great room family living spaces and secluded main floor master suites. We emphasize connections to the outdoors and we pay attention to the finer details that give a home character and comfort.
